Reddish WMC stages annual MNDA rounders fundraiser

Reddish Working Men’s Club held its annual Rounders Tournament in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) in August.

The event, now in its fourth year, brought together players, supporters and donors for a day of fun and fundraising.

Organisers have extended a huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, or simply came along to cheer on the teams, describing the turnout and generosity as “amazing.”

While the final total raised is yet to be confirmed, it is clear that a significant sum has been collected to support the fight against Motor Neurone Disease.

The tournament holds deep personal significance for the organisers, with the event being held in memory of family members affected by the condition.

Funds raised will go directly to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, which provides vital support to those affected by the disease, funds groundbreaking research, and campaigns for better care.
